For United States residents, you also agree that disputes with Onlyworksdigital.com must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).

1. License

2. Ownership

For your app or site, user-generated content is content that users contribute towards any app or site, visible to at least a subset of other users of your app or site. User-generated content can include text, comments, images, video, profiles, usernames, votes, likes, hearts, or other media, for example.

4. Fees and Purchase Terms

Purchasing terms are often the form of a contract between the purchaser and the vendor and are often negotiated at the start of the business relationship. It is very common for a large purchaser to express their purchasing terms in the form of a Master Agreement that they use for all of their vendors.
